The canal-side location offers a unique, tranquil atmosphere, making it ideal for a peaceful retreat. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, resembling a cloud, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The room felt a bit chilly due to a breeze from the window, making it less inviting at times. the bathroom was quite cramped, which might be inconvenient for some. The noise from the hallway can seep into the room, disrupting the serene vibe. While the breakfast was decent, the chaotic kitchen situation upon our arrival left a less than favorable impression.

Clean room, very comfortable bed. Staff seemed bored and unmotivated at check-in. Great location near concert venues.

Everything was perfect.

Had a wonderful stay in a Superior Double Room. It was tucked away, super quiet, and I managed to sleep really well because of the blackout blinds. The bed was comfy, which is a big win. A bit sad there was no fridge, though, and some amenities were lacking. The bar staff were really nice and helpful, but the room service menu could use more options. it was a solid experience!

Shower gel and shampoo awkwardly placed high, absolutely atrocious water pressure, bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Consider relocating toilet light switch for better access during night visits!!!

our stay was fantastic! the location was perfect for exploring manchester, and the room was impressively spacious and clean. the hotel exceeded my expectations with its friendly staff and delicious breakfast options, making our honeymoon...  

Consider asking for a room away from the reception area for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

Loved the super comfy bed and clean room! Just a heads up, the air conditioning was a bit weak. Overall, great value and close to everything we needed in the city. 😊

The breakfast was delicious with tons of options, and the cleanliness of the room really stood out to us. We loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area and enjoyed the lovely terrace for some fresh air. The only hiccup was a minor delay with the elevator, but it didn’t really put a damper on our stay. 😊

I had a pleasant one-night stay in a Standard Double Room, which was spotless and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. Check-in was smooth, thanks to the lovely receptionist who made us feel welcome. However, the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.
